OFFERED ONLY IN THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA (“U.S.”)
AND OPEN ONLY TO LEGAL U.S. RESIDENTS.

1. ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and District of Columbia, 18 years of age and older who receive an email message from the Recreational Marine Research Center at Michigan State University during the month of July 2007 with a survey. Employees of the Recreational Marine Research Center at Michigan State University (the “Survey Host”), its parent companies, subsidiaries, agencies and affiliates, and members of the immediate families (spouses and parents, siblings, children and their spouses and in-laws) and persons living in the same household of such individuals are not eligible. Void where prohibited.

2. TO ENTER: Click on the link in the email you received from the Recreational Marine Research Center at Michigan State University during the month of July 2007 within 10 days of receiving the email to access the survey. Complete the survey and submit as directed. Doing so will earn you one entry into the sweepstakes. If you are a member of the National Boaters Panel, you will also automatically receive one entry into the National Boaters Panel Grand Prize Sweepstakes (see Official Rules available at www.boatingpanel.com  for full details). If you do not take the survey within 3 or 4 days of receiving the email from the Recreational Marine Research Center at Michigan State University, you may be sent a reminder email. You will have until the original deadline provided in the original email to enter the sweepstakes. Entries must be received by Survey Host’s server by 11:59 pm PT on the deadline stated in the original email message. Survey Host’s server is the official clock for this sweepstakes. A maximum of 1 entry per person is permitted.

3. PRIZES: On or about 8/16/07, a random drawing will be conducted by Promotion Mechanics, Inc., an independent judging organization, from among all eligible entries received to award the following prizes:

(5) First Prizes: an ICOM M72 01 VHF Marine Transceiver. Approximate retail value $199.99.

Winners will be notified by email. Winners must reply to such email notification within the time specified in the email notification with a mailing address for prize fulfillment. If a winner does not reply by the deadline stated in the email notification, prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner. Odds of winning will be determined by the number of eligible entries received.

4. GENERAL: Taxes on prizes and expenses not specified are the sole responsibility of winners. By participating, entrants (and entrant’s parent/legal guardian if entrant is a minor in his/her jurisdiction of residence agree (a) to these rules and decisions of judges which shall be final in all respects; (b) to release and hold harmless Survey Host, its subsidiaries, affiliates and agencies, and their respective directors, officers, employees, shareholders, agents and representatives (collectively “Releasees”) from any and all claims, demands, costs, expenses, liability, losses or damages of any kind resulting from their participation in the sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize, including liability for personal injury or death; and (c) if a winner, to the use of his or her name and/or photograph for advertising and publicity purposes without limitation or compensation (unless prohibited by law) and to execute specific consent to such use if asked to do so, and to the announcement of their name, city and state. Winners may be required to complete and notarize an affidavit of eligibility and liability release and (where legal) a publicity release, which must be returned within the time period specified by Survey Host or an alternate winner may be selected. Return of any prize/prize notification as undeliverable may result in disqualification of winner and selection of an alternate winner. If a winner is not of the age of majority in his/her state of residence (a “minor”), prize will be awarded in the name of the minor’s parent or legal guardian, and the affidavit and release must also be signed and notarized by that minor’s parent or legal guardian. Releasees are not responsible and shall not be liable for: (a) any telephone, electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet or computer malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the processing of entries; (b) failed, incomplete, garbled or delayed computer transmissions; (c) late, lost, illegible, postage-due, incomplete, damaged or misdirected mail; and (d) any condition caused by events that may cause the sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted. Survey Host reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the sweepstakes or any portion thereof should viruses, bugs, or other causes corrupt the administration, security or proper play of the sweepstakes; in which case prize will be awarded via a random drawing from among all eligible entries received prior to cancellation. In case of dispute, entries will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the email address used to participate at the time of entry. “Authorized account holder” is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization (e.g. business, educational institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email address for the domain associated with the submitted email address. CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SURVEY HOST RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.
